OREANDA-NEWS. Almatytemir JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"...On January 30, 2015 Almatytemir turned to Almaty Special inter-district administrative court with a claim against the resolution of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of January 13, 2015 on imposing on the company of an administrative sanction under article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code to the amount of 100 MCI, or KZT185,200. Having examined and studied the materials of the case Almaty Special inter-district administrative court has rejected our claim.

In addition we inform you that the resolution will be appealed by ourselves according to the set procedure".
