OREANDA-NEWS. VTB Bank has signed contracts with the Government of Yaroslavl Region to lend RUB 1.5 billion to the region over the next two years. The contracts were signed following regional open online auctions, and the loans will help the region to finance its spending in line with budget legislation.

Valery Lukyanenko, Member of VTB Bank Management Board, said: "Providing credit to Yaroslavl Region will help the region better promote socio-economic development."
