OREANDA-NEWS. According to the preliminary data of the National Statistics Office of Georgia GeoStat (Gruzstat) in January-February 2015, foreign trade turnover of Georgia totaled USD 1433 million (excluding spontaneous trade), by 9% less than during the analogous period of 2014.

During the period under review, export totaled USD 324 million (by 26% less), while import - USD 1109 (by 2 % less). The unfavorable trade balance of Georgia totaled USD 786 million, that was 55% of the total foreign trade turnover.
