Subsidiary of BTA Bank joint-stock company – Insurance company "London-Almaty" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "Almas Koldasov as of March 13, 2015 early terminated his powers as Chairman of Management Board of the Company (resignation statement of January 12, 2015)".
