OREANDA-NEWS. Aamal Company Q.S.C. announces the distribution of dividends cheques to shareholders for the financial year ending 31 December 2014 starting Sunday 22/3/2015 during the Company’s official working hours.

Shareholders are kindly requested to contact Shareholders Relations Department in main the offices located in Al Dafna area, Marriott Marquis City Center Hotel, office entrance 22 floor, to collect their cheques starting on 22nd of March 2015.

Required Documents:
For Individuals:
• Original personal ID.
• In case of proxy, the original personal ID of both the Shareholder and the person holding the proxy and power of attorney.
• For minor shareholders, the birth certificate and the original personal ID of the guardian or custodian.
• For heirs, the original personal ID of the heir, the Legal Heirs’ Certificate and an authenticated power of attorney if the recipient is an agent. For Corporate:
• Official Transcript of the Commercial Registration “CR” and the Corporate Identity Card.
• Letter of Authorization for the recipient and his original personal ID. Shareholders who have officially provided Qatar Exchange with their full bank accounts details and IBAN, their cash dividends will be deposited in these accounts.
