OREANDA-NEWS. Samruk-Energo JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of Samruk-Energo JSC having been drawn to administrative responsibility following the decision of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of March 10, 2015:

"...The content of an administrative liability (an administrative offense) indicating the Article of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code – a violation of clause 2.2 of Article 79 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint Stock Companies" expressed in violation by Samruk-Energo JSC of requirement to disclose information on the concluding by the Company of a major transaction and related-party transactions, which is punishable under Article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
