“Today will not just mark the launch of PAL's Vancouver - New York service; it will also kick off an expansion of our Canadian operations," said Jaime J. Bautista, President and COO, Philippine Airlines. "Vancouver will be the main beneficiary of this increase, going from seven to 11 flights weekly. This gives our passengers here a wider choice of schedule. I invite everyone to join us as we embark on the next phase of our Canadian journey - Vancouver to New York JFK."
PAL will operate an Airbus 340-300 for its regular operation with a seat capacity of 256 seats – 36 in Business Class and 218 in Economy. Passengers will experience PAL’s signature in-flight service featuring business class seats that convert to full-flat beds, an in-flight on-demand entertainment system and gourmet cuisine designed by top international guest chefs.
