OREANDA-NEWS. Specialists of the Moscow Region Shvabe Holding enterprise were awarded certificates of appreciation from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Four specialists of Shvabe Holding enterprise OJSC "Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant" were granted honorary awards: leading technical engineer Natalia Stepina, work controller Zoya Dolgova, glass caster Sergey Yakovlev, and leading economist Margarita Frolova.

Each of them has been working at the OJSC "Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant" for more than thirty years. Zoya Dolgova began her career as a mechanic optician, then she mastered another profession - adjuster of appliances and radio equipment. In this capacity she has been participating in the development of night vision devices for more than thirty years. Today her detailed knowledge of the assembly process allows her to engage in the distribution of work at the assembly station, as well as to provide her co-workers with electronic components of a complex modification.

Sergey Yakovlev began his work activity as a charger of the batch mixture, later he mastered the profession of glass caster and became a very valuable specialist. In addition, he brought up several generations of young workers, and passed his broad experience on to them. Now optical glass parts made by Sergey Yakovlev are used in almost all devices released by the industry's optical-mechanical plants. He directly participates in the production of the most complex blanks from ceramized glass used for the enterprise's unique developments.

The leading technical engineer Natalia Stepina controls running technological processes, deals with the development of norms and instructions, and makes up statements of work for designing devices and equipment used in the production of new products.

Margarita Frolova, the leading economist for logistical supply, began her career in OJSC "Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant" as a typist. She continued her studies in parallel. At present she supervises the work of the economic planning group of the supply-transport complex. She is responsible for everything that is connected with the logistical resource requirements of the enterprise, for the provision of all units with materials and raw materials, accounting, and expenditure analysis.
