OREANDA-NEWS. AvtoVAZ began to fire employees among managers, professionals and employees (DSIS) by agreement between the parties. As the Directorate of Public Relations of company informed the agency "Interfax", an order by the parties' agreement was signed and it applies to declare at the beginning of the year 1.1 thousand managers, planned to be reduced. "The company once again confirms that the reduction among workers this year will not be," - said at AvtoVAZ.

As noted, the staff that decided to leave by mutual agreement during the period from March 10th to May 15th will receive compensation amounting to several wages. Thus, in case of the dismissal by mutual agreement from March 10th to April 15th, employees will receive four monthly salaries, from April 16th to May 15th - three.

Recall that in January AvtoVAZ notified the union and employment services about the reduction of 1.1 thousand staff DSIS (if the total number of them is about 10 thousand people). However, as the official trade union chairman of AvtoVAZ, Sergei Zaitsev, explained "Interfax", the staffing will be achieved through natural attrition, transferring of people to vacant jobs or part-time work.

It was also reported that in 2014 AvtoVAZ dismissed 14.4 thousand people on various grounds, while in fact 1026 workers were laid off, other 391 employees were transferred to work in the subsidiaries. It is noted that the redundancy was performed only in case of failure of the employee to be transferred.
