KAMAZ and the Austrian Palfinger established two joint ventures in Russia
OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ has created two joint ventures with the Austrian manufacturer of handling systems, Palfinger AG. As reported at KAMAZ, one of the joint venture will establish cranes for trucks, and the second will manufacture hydraulic cylinders for manipulators. Recall agreement on the establishment of two joint ventures in Tatarstan and Bashkortostan was signed in August of the last year, says the agency "Prime".
It is assumed that the production volume of joint venture to produce cylinders will exceed 80,000 cylinders per year; the planned revenue is 1.5 billion Rubles. The share Palfinger in the capital of the joint venture will be 51%. The joint venture will be located in Neftekamsk (Bashkortostan).
The second agreement provides the establishment of the mounting center, which will install lifting equipment on the chassis of trucks of various brands. It will be used lifting equipment Palfinger Group and other manufacturers. Palfinger Group will own shares in the joint venture in the amount of 49%, KAMAZ - 51%. The company will be located in Naberezhnye Chelny (Tatarstan).
The creation of new joint ventures had been scheduled for the end of November 2014, in case of obtaining of the necessary permits.
