OREANDA-NEWS. Best-selling model in Russia in February was Lada Granta, which took the title from January’s bestselling Hyundai Solaris. Recall for the first time in the history of the Russian car market KIA Rio in November of last year was able to push from the highest ranking by sales the model of AvtoVAZ.

As noted in the review of the Russian car market in February, the best-selling model in Russia was the Lada Granta with 10583 sold cars (-6.2%). Thus, Hyundai Solaris dropped to the second place - the sales of the most popular foreign car were 8001 units (-6.6%). The third result was shown by co-platform KIA Rio - 6059 sold cars (3.1). Leader in the SUV segment is still Lada 4x4 - this model was chosen by 3,779 customers (+ 20%). And the leadership in market of estate cars was kept by Lada Largus, which was sold in the amount of 3443 units (-28.2%). Then two models Renault follow - sedan Logan (3424 units, -9.6%) and crossover Duster (2951 units, -60.9%). Sales of Lada Priora fell by 33% to 2,740 vehicles. Business sedan Toyota Camry for the last month found 2718 buyers, which is less by 5.3% than a year ago. This time crossover Hyundai ix35 closes Top-10 of best-selling models in Russia, whose sales were 2681 cars (-1.9%).
