Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 27, 2015, on approval of the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y10E053 (KZ2C00001618, KASE official list, other rated debt securities category, СSBNb10) of Kaspi Bank for the period from July 20, 2014 to January 19, 2015.

According to the letter, none of the mentioned bonds were offered in the reporting period; 260,000 pieces of the mentioned bonds were unplaced as of January 19, 2015.
