OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has lowered its national scale credit rating on Platform Finance LLC to 'A'. The company's individual credit rating falls into the "Holding and Financial Companies" section of NRA's rating list.

The downgrade is due to the change of Platform Finance's beneficiary, as well as the company's assets structural change and quality deterioration.

In 3Q 2014, Dmitry Rodin, a long-standing partner of PIK Group's co-owner and president, Mr Gordeev, became Platform Finance's sole beneficiary. The company was renamed and focused on the financing of projects carried out by PLATFORM Group.
