OREANDA-NEWS. Despite the crisis in the automotive industry, AvtoVAZ planned in 2015 to raise salaries to its employees and it is going to allocate for this purpose 1 billion Rubles. This figure was announced by President of the company Bo Inge Andersson and trade union leaders, Sergei Zaitsev, during a briefing after the conference of the labor collective, devoted to the results of the collective agreement for 2014.

During the briefing Mr. Zaitsev told reporters that: "Mr. Andersson confirmed that the budget funds of AvtoVAZ is planned ... We agreed and signed with the president the basic principles of social and human resources policy for 2015, where we talked about the main directions in terms of employment, wages and the obligations of the collective agreement. With regard to wages, we have a plan to move towards a system of "grading"*, at which we must carry out in the framework of the implementation the salary increases. "This is a real, significant increase, said Chairman of the Union (in 2014 the average wage per employee of "AvtoVAZ" was 28,271 rubles - Ed.). In addition, it was decided that the issue of bonus payment to employees will be considered twice a year - in July and December. Now the company specialists develop the accounting scheme and charges, related to the results of operations.

According to the collective agreement, the amount of funds, allocated for AvtoVAZ for the activities of collective agreements and other social activities, should be 2.2 billion Rubles in 2015.
