OREANDA-NEWS. SIA „Acme Corporation” on 05.03.2015 has granted an additional EUR 2 000 000 loan to its subsidiary Sabiedr?ba ar ierobe?otu atbild?bu „Neatkar?g? Patentu a?ent?ra” which is the additional addendum to the agreement, about which conclusion was published on 09.02.2015. Loan conditions (including interest rate and term) are identical to those indicated in 09.02.2015 announcement. The additional loan is granted to pay down Sabiedr?ba ar ierobe?otu atbild?bu „Neatkar?g? patentu a?ent?ra” the debt to AS Swedbank.
