The Board of Directors of Ezdan Holding Group had met on Wednesday 4/03/2015 and decided to recommend to the next General Assembly the amendment of the resolution dated: 7/04/2013 regarding the sale of the Group’s real estates and the purchase of shares of listed companies or companies under formation within five years, in order to diversify the group’s investments, this will be included on the agenda of the first meeting of the AGM held by the group.
