OREANDA-NEWS. JFE Holdings, Inc. and its wholly owned operating company JFE Steel Corporation announced their new senior managers effective April 1, as shown below (new positions are underlined; current JFE group titles will not be retained).

Eiji Hayashida, President and CEO
Currently: President and CEO, JFE Steel and Member of the Board, JFE Holdings.

Masao Yoshida, External Member of the Board
Currently: Chairman and Representative, Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. Mr. Yoshida will assume his new post at JFE Holdings in late June.

Tetsuo Ohki, Corporate Officer
Currently: Manager of Finance and Investor Relations Dept.

Hajime Bada, currently President and CEO, JFE Holdings, will resign from these posts, and later from the company's board of directors, to become an advisor in late June.
 
Akimitsu Ashida, currently External Member of the Board, JFE Holdings, and advisor, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd., will resign from his post at JFE Holdings in late June.

Yasushi Yamamura, currently Senior Vice President at both JFE Holdings and JFE Steel, will resign from this post at JFE Holdings effective March 31.
 
Takaaki Wakasugi, currently External Corporate Auditor, JFE Holdings, will resign from his post in late June.
