Today, we are proud to announce that BMI Research is our new global brand name, replacing Business Monitor International. For more than 30 years, our insights and data have been used extensively by multinationals, governments and financial institutions to guide their strategic, tactical and investment decisions.

We at BMI Research chose our new brand name to more clearly communicate what we do - research. Meanwhile, we retain BMI, the name most frequently associated with our company and our analysis.

Our new logo introduces a cleaner and more contemporary look. It also highlights the important relationship BMI Research has with our corporate parent, Fitch Group, a global leader in financial information services.
