OREANDA-NEWS. Cetelem Spain, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, the leading European personal credit company, and Banco de Cr?dito Cooperativo (BCC), the holding company of Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar, have concluded an agreement for the creation of a joint venture for marketing consumer credit in Spain.

The company jointly owned by Cetelem Spain and BCC will have the status of financial credit institution and will distribute renewable personal loans (with or without credit cards) in Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar’s network of over 1,300 branches.
