KLM tests Whatsapp with select customer group
OREANDA-NEWS. KLM has approached a select group of Flying Blue customers to take part in a trial involving service provision via WhatsApp. Via a special KLM WhatsApp number, these customers are assisted during their trip. On completion of the trial, KLM and the customers will together evaluate the service and possibilities of WhatsApp. This is KLM’s first Instant Messaging service, supplementing our social media channels. KLM is present wherever its customers are, and WhatsApp allows us to serve our customers individually.
