The rating affirmation for UNIVER Capital is based on its long track record of market operations, robust market position, experienced and highly skilled personnel, persistent revenue generation, stable counterparty and strategic partner base, improving capital adequacy metrics, and affiliation with UNIVER Investment Group. The rating also recognizes the anticipated reduction of the company’s debt burden.

The rating is constrained by stagnation of some of the company’s financial indicators and modest profitability metrics.
