OREANDA-NEWS. Nasdaq Riga decided on February 26, 2015 to resume automatic order matching in AS „Ventspils nafta” (VNF1R, ISIN code: LV0000100816) and AS „Latvijas kugnieciba” (LSC1R, ISIN code: LV0000101103) shares starting with February 26, 2015 trading session.

Trading in AS “Ventspils nafta” and AS „Latvijas kugnieciba” shares was suspended taking into account the applications made by the companies where Nasdaq Riga was asked to suspend the trading during the companies’ business update on February 25, 2015.

The companies have submitted the summary of the business update, presentations and their financial reports for 12 months of 2014.
