Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "independent director of Kazakhtelecom JSC Nataliya Akentiyeva early terminated her powers as a member of Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom as of February 25, 2015 at own request according to item 4 of article 55 of the Act "On Joint-Stock Companies".
