Information on NIN and circulation term of bonds KZP01Y05E608 of ATFBank changed and corresponding trades resumed on KASE as of February 26
OREANDA-NEWS. Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board as of February 26, 2015 information on bonds KZP01Y05E608 (KZ2C00002509, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", ATFBb9; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; February 13, 2014 – February 13, 2019; semi-annual coupon 8.50 % APR; 30/360) of ATFBank JSC (Almaty) was changed in KASE trading system and data bases as follows:
- national identification number (NIN) was changed from KZP01Y05E608 to KZP01Y10E608;
- the circulation term was changed from five to ten years.
The same decision of Management Board as of February 26, 2015 provides for resumption on trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE.
The decision was taken based on copies of the certificate of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on government registration of the securities issue of February 10, 2015, amendments to the issue prospectus and official list of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) of February 25, 2015 .
As was announced earlier, the trades in the said bonds on KASE were suspended as of January 22, 2015 until the date following the date of receipt by the Exchange of amendments to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds and confirmation from Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) on resumption of placement and circulation of the said bonds in its accounting system.
