OREANDA-NEWS. The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company's Management Committee and Vladimir Semashko, Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus.

The parties addressed the progress with the cooperation in the gas sector. It was pointed out that Gazprom secured reliable gas supplies to Belarusian consumers. In 2014 the Company delivered 20.05 billion cubic meters of gas. The work is in process to expand the gas transmission system of the Republic.

The meeting also discussed Gazprom's participation in the socioeconomic development of Belarus. In particular, the issues of using hi-tech products and technologies of Belarusian manufacturers at Gazprom's facilities are under consideration as part of the Roadmap signed in November 2014.
