OREANDA-NEWS. Aozora Bank, Ltd. announced the establishment of Aozora Real Estate Investment Advisors Co., Ltd.

Aozora has actively participated in the real estate finance market as a leader since its establishment, focusing on the real estate finance business, including real estate non-recourse loans and real estate equity investments, for over 15 years.

Taking advantage of the expertise acquired through years of experience in real estate-related investments, Aozora Real Estate Investment in tends to create financial products for regional financial institutions and other investors, primarily using real estate trust beneficiary rights. In addition, by utilizing the Bank's securitization techniques, Aozora Real Estate Investment aims to provide a financing arrangement to address regional issues regarding the effective use of real estate and liquidity. This arrangement will serve to support the revitalization of regional economies, as well as contribute to the sustainable growth and development of Japan's finance and real estate markets over the medium to long term.

Aozora is currently making the necessary applications to complete the registration of its investment advisory operations under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, in addition to enrolling in the Japan Investors Advisers Association, with the aim of commencing operations on April 1, 2015.
