Ezdan Holding Group disclosed its Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2014, where the results showed a net profit of 1.3 QR Billion for 2014, compared to 1,1 QR Billion Qatari Riyals in 2013. Earnings per share reached 0.51 QR for the year 2014, compared to QR 0.40 in 2013.

The Group also announced that it had recommended a cash dividend of 4% (ie, by 40 dirhams per share), to be prepared for submission and approval in the Annual General Meeting.
