OREANDA-NEWS. Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of USD 0.27 per common share. The dividend is payable March 20, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015.
