OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings withdraws the 'A/F1' rating on the following bonds:

--Irvine Unified School District Community Facilities District No. 09-1 (CA) adjustable-rate special tax bonds series 2012B.

The rating withdrawal is in connection with the substitution of the letter of credit that previously supported the bonds. Fitch was not asked to provide ratings on the replacement letter of credit.
