Under John’s leadership, Kaspersky Lab made key channel and partner enhancements, investing deeply in a partner centric growth engine. By hiring more resources in channel development and increasing the size of the channel sales team working with partners in the mid-market and enterprise space, the Company reports that enterprise sales are up 35 percent year over year (YoY) and new business bookings with Value Added Resellers grew 31 percent YoY.
Kaspersky Lab increased its investment in partner incentives and marketing, resulting in an increase in overall deal registrations 16 percent YoY. Additionally, VAR recruitment numbers were up by 40 percent over the previous year with new VAR partner and LAR sales rep recruits contributing nearly 10 percent of B2B sales in 2014.
