OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) assigned VERNA insurance company reliability rating B++, which means "Acceptable level of reliability". The rating outlook is "stable", which means the likelihood of mid-term rating stability is high.

Rating score was positively influenced by high deviation of solvency margin from the regulatory value, acceptable equity increment rate and high investment potential of main operations area of the Company, the Krasnodar Territory.

High share of investments into objects without ratings assigned by Expert RA (RAEX) or other international rating agencies, low liquidity ratios of the investment portfolio and low stability of the investment portfolio structure exerted negative influence on the rating.
