OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its 'AA' implied unlimited tax general obligation (ULTGO) bond rating on the City of Pinellas Park, Florida as Fitch no longer considers the rating to be analytically meaningful.

Fitch previously assigned the implied ULTGO rating in conjunction with public improvement refunding revenue bonds, series 2003 that are no longer outstanding.
