OREANDA-NEWS. Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"... in accordance with a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhtelecom JSC
... as of March 2, 2015:

1) powers of member of Management Board of Kazakhtelecom Arnur Nurkatov were
   terminated early;

2) Alua Nurkeeva was appointed to Management Board of Kazakhtelecom JSC".
