OREANDA-NEWS. Halyk – Kazakhinstrakh, subsidiary insurance company of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"...On February 10, 2015 powers of member of the Company's Board of Directors – independent director of the Company Zh. Kurmanov, were terminated early following his request. On February 16, 2015 Umit Shayakhmetova was appointed a member of the Company's Board of Directors. On February 16, 2015 the following persons were appointed members of the Company's Board of Directors – independent directors of the Company: - Sholpan Abdilmanova; - Zhaimukhan Medetov".
