OREANDA-NEWS. ForteBank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

... on receipt on February 16, 2015 (incoming No.13/144) of the Protocol on administrative violation of February 16, 2015, drawn up with regard to the Bank by National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan based on part 4 of article 220 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code.

The nature of the violation is violation by the Bank of requirements related to the banking services for clients and payment instruction in form of the Bank's refusal to accept.
