OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2015. Norway's natural gas exports to Europe were steady on Monday morning from last Friday following a brief drop in flows to Belgium, data from gas system operator Gassco showed.

Norwegian gas deliveries to Belgium via the Zeepipe pipeline dropped unexpectedly to zero after around 0800 GMT from a rate of over 40 million cubic metres (mcm) per day earlier.

Belgium gas grid operator Fluxys said a gas outage occurred on the Norwegian side, but flows had resumed. By 1100 GMT flows to Belgium were running at a rate of 38 mcm/day.

Deliveries to Britain, Europe's biggest traded gas market, however, were broadly steady at 133 mcm/day.
