OREANDA-NEWS. On Monday, February 16, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Suma Chakrabarti, who arrived to Ukraine for a visit.

The Prime Minister and EBRD President have noted an unprecedented increase in EBRD portfolio in Ukraine, the total amount of which reached US\\$1.4 billion in 2014. Suma Chakrabarti has confirmed the readiness of the EBRD to continue similar high rates of increase in business activity of the bank in our country in the current year.

The sides have discussed priorities for cooperation in the context of the EBRD support aimed at implementing reforms, particularly in the energy sector, energy efficiency, combating corruption.
