The rating score of the Company was positively influenced by high deviation of actual solvency margin from the regulatory value, high current liquidity and adjusted insurance net liquidity ratios.

High level of the Company exposure to stock market risks, low return on invested capital and low diversification of insurance capital were highlighted as factors having restraining impact on the rating.
