Central-Asian power-energy company announces moving general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, CTECb1) from February 24 to March 18, 2015
OREANDA-NEWS. Central-Asian power-energy company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE the general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CTECb1) scheduled for February 24 was moved to March 18, 2015, 14:00 o'clock.
The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of changing terms of issue of the mentioned bonds.
The meeting will be held at 115 Bogenbai batyr street, conference-hall of Grand hotel Tyan-Shan, Almaty.
The list of bondholders entitled to participation in the said meeting will be drawn up as of March 18, 2015.
In case of no quorum, a repeated meeting will be held on February 25, 2015 at the same time in the same place.
The list of bondholders entitled to participation in a repeated meeting will be drawn up as of March 19, 2015.
