OREANDA-NEWS. According to preliminary data, KAMAZ will receive the net profit of 500 million Rubles in 2014, informed the financial director of the company, Andrey Maksimov.

We are talking about the expected results for 2014 under IFRS, said spokesman of the company, adding that the publication of the report will be in April-May. Net profit according to international standards in 2013 was 4.45 billion Rubles, thus, the rate in 2014 could be reduced nine times, says the agency "Prime".

According to Mr.Maksimov, KAMAZ failed to reach the planned financial results due to the difference in exchange rates. "Thanks to the preventive measures that were actively introduced from the mid-year, 2014 year was finished with a positive financial result and the real profit about a half a billion rubles," - said the financial manager.

It is expected that the company's revenue will be 107.749 billion Rubles. The Group's revenue under IFRS for 2013 was 114.317 billion Rubles. Thus, the rate may be reduced by 5.75%. In December, the Board of Directors of KAMAZ updated the program of strategic development of the company, by reducing the sales forecast for 2020 up to 60-70 thousand from 80 thousand, by revenue - up to 230-270 billion Rubles from the planned 350 billion Rubles.
