OREANDA-NEWS. JSC „Valmieras stikla Skiedra” informs that on the 10th of February, 2015 an application for the commercial pledge registration is signed and submitted for registration in favour of JSC “SEB banka” for the total value of EUR 6.6 Million. The commercial pledge relates to a bank loan, which is intended for financing the investments for the year 2015.

As previously reported – JSC “Valmieras stikla Skiedra” plans to invest in 2015 EUR 8 Million including more than EUR 2 Millions in new environment protection technologies.

JSC “Valmieras stikla Skiedra” plans to extinguish the commercial pledge in the period of six years – till January 2021.
