OREANDA-NEWS. Currently, the company has begun to implement its own program of export development. In its framework, KSG Agro is ready to export high-quality flour, as well as chilled and frozen pig meat in halves.

The company’s plans include active winning of markets in Asia, Africa, China, and in the foreseeable future also the European Union.

“If until recently we have targeted the domestic market, currently we see good prospects of exporting our products, – says the chairman of the Board of Directors of KSG Agro Sergey Kasyanov. At the first stage, we plan to export up to 10% of the produced flour, as well as chilled and frozen pork halves. In the long run, we are going to export animal feed. The demand for it, especially for granular alfalfa with protein, is quite high”.

In 2014, KSG Agro carried out the first shipment of flour produced by its grain processing and bread production company PJSC “Pererobnik”. This shipment was meant for reputable partners from the People’s Republic of China (PRC). In the future, given the growing demand, KSG Agro plans to increase exports of flour.

Chilled and frozen meat of pigs in halves enjoys high demand even from the holding’s most demanding foreign partners. The reason for constant interest in this export product is KSG Agro’s cutting-edge technology for growing pigs. On the holding’s pig farm, which by the way is included in the country’s top-10 largest pig breeding companies, pigs are grown using one of the world’s best genetics from the Danish company DanBreed (Denmark, www.breedersdenmark.dk).

KSG Agro has the ability to carry out both relatively small and large exports of pork. The production capacity of the complex is 230,000 heads per year, which is more than 18 thousand tons of meat. Impeccable quality of meat is achieved with feed produced from corn without genetically modified food and growth stimulants.

High quality conditions for pig slaughtering, processing and storage of meat, as well as meat-packing are provided by the specialized plant “Dnepr”, which is a part of KSG Agro.

Quality products from KSG Agro have all necessary certificates of compliance with international standards. Pork is exported frozen. Its transportation and storage comply with all the requirements of the export sales of pork.
