OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its ‘AA+’ reliability rating on April Capital Asset Management JSC (formerly Allianz Investment OJSC) after surveilling the company in connection with changes in its ownership structure. We continue monitoring  April Capital’s activities.

In December 2014, Allianz IC made an agreement to sell its investment management business (Allianz Investment OJSC) to April Group. April Group plans to develop its asset management business based on Allianz Investment’s well-established portfolio and partner network. April Group’s founder Anatoly Milyukov headed Gazprombank’s trust management services department for seven years and before that held the position of Alfa-Capital AM’s CEO. In January 2015, Allianz Investment OJSC was renamed April Capital Asset Management JSC.

April Capital offers trust management services to non-state pension funds (NSPF), insurers, individual and corporate clients and manages mutual funds. It is licensed to manage investment funds, mutual funds and NSPF and to transact securities business.
