Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated January 26, 2015, on approval of the report on results of offering of bonds KZPC4Y09B879 (KZ000A0T9AM5, KASE official list, category "Other Debt Securities", TSBNb6) of Tsesnabank JSC for the period from June 15 to December 14, 2014.

According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the period under review; as of December 15, 2014 1,469,100,000 of the said bonds remained unplaced.
