OREANDA-NEWS. February 06, 2015. Simone Rossi, 46, has just been entrusted with the creation of the future International Direction of the EDF Group.

Since 2011, he had been Chief Financial Officer of EDF Energy in London. In November 2009, he had joined Constellation Energy Nuclear Group in Baltimore (USA) as Chief Financial Officer, after five years with Edison as Head of Strategy, and later on as Director of Planning, Control and IT.

Simone Rossi had previously worked for two consulting firms: KPMG Corporate Finance and McKinsey&co in Milan where he served various Financial Institutions, Industrial and Energy clients. He started his career in 1993 in the Treasury Department of De Agostini in Novara (Italy).

Simone Rossi has a Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan.
