OREANDA-NEWS. MAYKOR-BTE has been recognized as one of the winners of the West-Siberian Bank of Sberbank of Russia tender to service self-service machines. The outsourcer will maintain and repair more than a thousand ATMs and payment terminals for 2 years. This is 30% of the total customer fleet of equipment in Tyumen and Omsk regions, Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Districts.

MAYKOR-BTE implements both FLM and SLM support of self-service machines. Under the terms of the SLA (Service Level Agreement), the time constraints to troubleshoot are determined depending on the location of the equipment. More than 60% of equipment is located in area A, i.e. the maximum time constraint is 4-6 hours. For remote areas, it is 7-9 hours.

"Only a company with an extensive service network in the regions can be compliant with our SLA requirements for servicing ATMs and POS terminals. This is one of the significant factors in selecting service partners. Representation of MAYKOR-BTE in most Western Siberia cities and strong competencies in the field of banking equipment and technical support made it the winner of the tender," stated Roman Abramov, Director of Department "Bank XXI" of West-Siberian Bank of Sberbank.
