"...Temirbank JSC (hereinafter - the Bank) reclassified the Bank's securities included  in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (hereinafter - the Exchange) in  connection with enforcement from January 1, 2015 of the Requirements No.189  for issuers and their securities admitted (to be admitted) to trading on the Stock  Exchange, as well as to certain the stock exchange list categories approved by  the Resolution of the Management Board of the National Bank of Kazakhstan  dated October 22, 2014, as well as amendments and additions No.11 in the  Listing Rules which provide for additional listing requirements to issuers and their  securities".
