OREANDA-NEWS. Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"... 1. Date of the Company's executive body taking a decision on securing a loan – the Board of Directors of Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" JSC, January 9, 2015;

2. Date of the Company's receiving the loan – February 3, 2015;

3. Purpose of the loan – construction and purchase of dwelling for following leasing;

4. Amount of the loan received by the Company – KZT22.6 bn. Taking into account the first tranche received by the Company on January 29, 2015 to the amount of KZT28.0 bn, the loan's total amount will make up – KZT50.6 bn;

5. Percentage ratio of the loan received by the Company to the amount of KZT22.6 bn to the amount of the Company's equity as of January 1, 2015 – 50.28 %".
