Kaspersky Anti-Virus Engine to be Integrated into GBS’ Flagship Product
OREANDA-NEWS. Kaspersky Lab and GROUP Business Software (GBS), a leading supplier of solutions and services for the IBM and Microsoft collaboration platforms, have entered into a technology partnership agreement.
Under the agreement, Kaspersky Anti-Virus Engine will be integrated into iQ.Suite Watchdog, the anti-malware module of GBS’ flagship product, iQ.Suite, optimizing security and protecting the confidentiality of any email secured by iQ.Suite.
iQ.Suite provides a holistic email security solution for increased confidentiality and data protection. It enables
the efficient implementation of even the most complex Data Leakage Prevention
(DLP) scenarios. The iQ.Suite Watchdog component provides a customer’s email
infrastructure with comprehensive, server-based protection against
cyberthreats.

Kaspersky Lab’s antivirus technology will be offered along with iQ.Suite’s newest release at the end of May 2015. Customers will also be able to purchase additional security as part of iQ.Suite Watchdog.
