ServicePower Technologies announced it has signed two new contracts
The first client, a provider of warranty solutions to manufacturers, distributors and retailers in the UK, creates tailored protection plans covering computers, small domestic appliances and brown and white goods. The three year contract with ServicePower for its ServiceOperations software will enable the client to book repair service jobs and process claim payments to a third party contractor network developed and managed by ServicePower through its ServiceOutsourcing service.
The second client, a market leader of home appliance products in Europe, has also contracted with ServicePower for three years for both ServiceOperations and ServiceOutsourcing services. ServicePower will provide a managed appliance contractor network which will be dispatched to repair appliances in the UK using its ServiceOperations software.
